Our seminars provide the CILB required 14 hours in an interesting, humorous, and thought provoking classes. We focus on how the laws, rules, politics and requirements affect the the industry. WHO CAN TAKE OUR COURSES?

Any C.I.L.B. Certified or Registered contractor including: General, Building, Residential, Plumbing, Mechanical, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Underground, Pool, Sheet Metal, Specialty, Drywall, Solar, Pollutant Storage and Precision Tank Testing. Also office help and feild superintendants benifit greatly and we have many that attend

WHAT ABOUT ELECTRICAL AND ALARM CONTRACTORS?

E.C.L.B will accept the workers compensation and code hours only. We do not report hours to the E.C.L.B.

WHAT AM I REQUIRED TO TAKE?

Each contractor is required to take one hour of each of the following:
            a.  worker’s compensation;    
            b.  job-site safety;                  
            c.  business skills;                   
            d.  advanced code;                
            e.  *wind mitigation;    
            f.  laws and rules;      

            eight hours of general subject matter.  For a total of 14 hours.

Contractors must meet these requirements in each renewal cycle, regardless of how many times you have taken these courses in the past!   Each contractor is required to complete the full 14 hours of C.E. each renewal period.  After the mandatory “core” courses are completed, the remaining hours of C.E. may be completed by taking any course(s) approved by CILB provided that the total number of hours taken is 14-hours or more.
